I want "the" to be at the end of the 2nd line instead of the beginning of the 3rd. Formal purist, I guess. But the enjambment would be cool in its own right, creating a sense of grammatical suspense as a metaphor for the tomato's physical suspension. (I wonder if this haiku was originally written in English.)
